Just wanted to say ever since we've gotten a new manager, things have been and looked a lot better around the complex. Darious is a friendly guy, he makes sure that all of his tenants have everything they need and on time. Thanks RTI for making changes

housing is a domino affect on families and affects other aspects of one's life. the managers they select over these units are childish, inconsiderate & extremely unprofessional. RUN elsewhere-don't use this company.

Rented from one of the locations. Mabel the manager at this location you place a service call for a incident and she's highly aware of it and say's she will place a ticket that takes 24-48 hrs. So over 48 hrs and days go by I hear nothing i guess she forgot just like the several other times. I also in countered bed bugs had  to buy a new bed. So many roaches everywhere even after killing them. Told her about that never got the fixed or compensated for any of the material i had to get. Mabel was a horrible liar i tell you. Also deposits even if you clean up your place or not they scam you with different fee's Happy I left hoping everyone still there get better service.
