Great service! Ruben senior is a great broker. He  was very helpful in helping me with my insurance needs. I would recommend Rubens Insurance to anyone. Ruben goes above and beyond to make your experience with getting insurance as easy as possible.

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD WITH THIS AGENT CALLED RUBEN SENIOR , I WENT TO RENEW MY INSURANCE AND HE TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO PAY 100 DOLLARS TO START A NEW INSURANCE AND I SAID TO HIM THAT SINCE APRIL 2011 TO AUGUST I ALMOST TO PAY  500 DOLLARS AND HE GOT MAD FOR THAT AND ALMOST THROW ME OUT HIS OFFICE AND SHOUT AT ME TO GO TO OTHER INSURANCE , THEN HE STOOD UP IN A CHALLENGING WAY LIKE WANT TO HIT ME AND I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO KEEP UP CUSTOMERS HAPPY , I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY , THE OWNER IS VERY AGRESSIVE AND VERY STUPID TO TREAT CLIENTS , IT IS NOT SAFE TO GO TO HIS OFFICE THIS GUY IS CRAZY AND PROBABLY HAS A MENTAL OR BEHAVIORAL DISORDER  , ALSO HE ANSWERS THE PHONE AND SHOWS A TOTAL INABILITY TO DEAL WITH CLIENTS , PLEASE BE CAREFUL OR AVOID TO MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS PSYCHOPATH
