I went in after they contacted me claiming that they could get me a better price on insurance. I asked them to insure my two cars one full coverage and the other just liability. When I went in after they called me twice I walked out thinking I got what I had asked for yet the manager of the office changed it to only liability on both cars.
When I went back to them with a claim they rushed me out of their office and then after contacting the insurance company they gave me I found out that they only put liability on both of my cars. When I contacted the manager of this  Veronica's insurance office to see what happened she denied that I ever asked for full coverage and that I only asked for liability. Not only that but the original agent that I spoke with and who started my paperwork also changed his story after telling me on the phone that he did remember that I was getting full coverage on one of my cars the day I came into their office. Never again will I have anything to do with this office much less this company after this extremely bad experience. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone I know or even a perfect stranger.

Cuidado la unica meta de estas personas es vender seguros,no les importa q seguro te vendan.el seguro q ellos me vendieron no sirve para nada tengo 45 dias despues del accidente y aun no se han hecho responsables
