Our classes are:

- Mornings - different every week. Held at Between Rounds, 19 John Fitch Blvd, S Windsor, CT at 9am

- Mon & Thurs at 6:00 pm at Charlie's Pizza, 386 Prospect St, E Hartford.

The class is on a rotating schedule that has been approved by the state of CT. You can start as soon as you want to AND come when you are available. If you miss classes, it's okay. You will be able to make them up easily.

The course is $ 425 and $75 for the books. You have to do 60 hours of classroom time (the state does not allow online pre-licensing classes).

Then I give you a certificate from our state approved school that will allow you to sit for the real estate exam with the state.

I also allow people to do payment plans starting with $250+ down.
