Purchased dress through online store and was not able to print a receipt at checkout.  Did not receive confirmation email for purchase.  When I called to confirm my order the said they did not have the dress I ordered in the size needed.  They wanted to ship a different size.  They had already charged my credit card, never emailed and order confirmation.  I explicitly told them to cancel the order, about an hour later I got an email saying the dress had been shipped.  Really?  you didn't have the dress!   Fraudulent deceptive online retailer.  STAY AWAY

This is an awful store with a shady return policy which they don’t advise you of until you try to return an item. The sign they have up says (7) days but that doesn’t include dresses, jewelry or accessories so what is left to return? You have to read til the bottom of the page to discover this information. I highly recommend you shop somewhere else. I was told they would fix a snap on the dress at purchase when I got it home I discovered they had not. Please be cautious when shopping here!

They have beautiful dresses and a nice selection. What we didn't understand was there is a 5 dress limit. We were shopping and getting close to a decision but then told we could not try on any more dresses. Since I have never shopped for a prom dress before I didn't know if this was normal. There were not signs saying you could only try on 5 dresses and they were not busy. My daughter felt bad and insulted. She wasn't sure yet which style she liked and had a couple more she wanted to try. We left without buying and went somewhere else.

Just got an awesome designer prom dress from here! The owner was so nice he even threw in earrings and a necklace! A little pricey but so worth it for my senior prom and such a stunning dress!

Terrible customer service, the people don’t know how to speak to a customer. Some dresses were thrift store quality for a very high price, that’s not even worth it. Some dresses we’re very pretty but the way that employees speak to you makes you not even want to buy.
