This Star Beauty has the absolute worse customer service! There is this black lady there that looks like a horse's ass in the face, and she has a gap. The fact she wears a head full of raggedy weave doesn't help her case of looking like Mr. Ed smh. She refuses to help you if you ask her it and has an attitude if there's no one else to push you off on. Then the older Asian man is like a mannequin he'll just follow you around and he's another one who won't ask if you need help though he'll better assist you if you ask him unlike the black lady not by much his information is more accurate but he's still rude nonetheless. The only friendly one is the younger Asian lady. The two I mentioned in the beginning are completely ignorant but I'm more annoyed by the young minded black lady, she's always trying to be funny but her lack of education shows through her words. She always talking about her security husband but the only thing he seems to do her is get her pregnant because every time I come in there she looks 5 months. But this message is for anyone who decides to go there, I hope you know what you want beforehand and where its located because you won't get help here. They only know how to take your money (they don't do refunds or exchanges)

Customer service is very horrible. The employees are fine it's the Asian owners who are disrespectful and don't like to help and accuse the African customers of stealing. I no longer buy my wigs or makeup from them.
