Looks like this place will go out of business due to poor staff I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant like I did tonight. I got up from the table with my family and walked out because 2 waitresses were fighting over who was going to take us I have never felt like such a burden to anyone as I did in this place so I will take my hard earned  money and go spend it elsewhere no wonder your parking lot was empty on a Friday night to the owners you should really reconsider changing out your staff to people that have etiquette and are polite and people that want to work your hostess is probably death because we asked for a booth and she just looked at us and agreed then took us to a table and made no sense I'm not sure she was deaf dumb or blind I'm not understanding but like I said poor place to go spend money at might as well go do it elsewhere there's plenty of businesses out here in Cape coral to go spend my money I will never return to this place again

Love this place! Everything is right.... Service, food and drink. We always ask for Shanda because she is superior. Tonight we had Lindsy.... This restaurant is blessed with great servers!!! Michel and Eric.... Great servers!

Good ribs, nice atmosphere but the server was not very friendly or attentive. In fact she seemed a little upset when I asked for less ice in me $3.00 soda. Over all we do like Ruby Tuesday although disappointed in their salad bar.

Dined tonight with friends at this Ruby Tuesday’s after not being here for a while.Although the staff was very nice and accommodating we were very disappointed and will not be returning. We have been going to this location for years and we have seen many changes. We have serm the prices continue to  rise but that is to be expected as it happens everywhere. They now charge you for the salad bar with an entree as before it was considered a “side”. They now no longer have the hot rolls before your entree. The things that made Ruby Tuesday’s different and unique are no longer there. As I said no reason to teturn to higher prices snd less for your dollar

Better than I remembered. I love local restaurants but I was surprised. This was as good as any of them. American food, clean, pretty good salad bar. Drinks way over priced though. Local places are half what this chain charges so if you drink a lot, I would say skip it (even expensive with their specials.
