Food is always great at Ruby Tuesday's but the service that I received was not good. I sat and waited 20 minutes before I was acknowledged and then they came and served people who came in after me and I had to tell the waitress that I was there before the couple. Even after that situation she didn't come back to check if I needed anything until she brought the bill. Since then I just choose to go to the Ruby Tuesdays that I always get great service

Service and food were fine; salad bar was excellent. However, what is up with Ruby Tuesday and the way they seat people? The place was virtually empty from the time we got there to the time we left. But a few minutes after we werre seated, another family came in with young children, a couple of whom were screeching and crying at various times. Of course the hostess had to sit them right next to us! Again, the entire restaurant was empty! Ruby’s in Allen Park used to do this all the time too, and they are now out of business. I’ve never worked in a restaurant so I don’t know what the protocol is, but I would think a hostess would have a minimum level of training so they could seat people appropriately. What are they thinking?

Rude staff and manager lied to cover it up. Very disappointing. Usually have to pick through lettuce, but otherwise food is great. Just not good management or service.

Probably one of the most depressing atmospheres I've ever seen at a restaurant. Service was also slow and unfriendly. No complaints about the food though.
