Authentic Japanese cuisine/sushi restaurant located in Plymouth, MI.

Story

We are an authentic Japanese restaurant located on 5 mile rd/Beck near the M-14 freeway in Plymouth Michigan. We offer a wide range of traditional Japanese and Korean Cuisine as well as fresh fish served daily from our experienced chefs. Lunch hours are 11:30am to 2:30pm and limited lunch specials are served every weekday. We also serve imported and domestic beers as well as sake, soju and wine.

One of my favorite places to eat. The food is excellent, and they are quick to prepare it. When I have to wait for carry out, they give me tea, while I wait. The chefs even thank you for coming, and say goodbye.

I really loved the atmosphere and the service here. They have both tables and these large, beautiful booths. We were waited on by a really wonderful woman who took time to explain different dishes and highlighted options on the menu. We ordered the fried tofu, which was excellent, as well as the ta chan sushi roll, and the shrimp tempura udon noodle. The sushi roll was the most beautiful and delicious roll I have ever tried and the presentation of all the dishes was excellent. I have tried nearly every Japanese/Korean/sushi restaurant in the area and this one is by far my new favorite.

Terrible service. We ordered a number nine three of us did. Server said rudely when asked where was our salad, he said they ran out. 1 min later a table that came in after us got salads. We had cold soup plus had to ask three times for sauce. It took 18min to get our soup. Waiter was miserable and did not care. We asked for a split check and ended up on one bill anyway so we had him split it when we checked put. All three of us gave no tip. This was not a good experience. I asked for mgr and the waiter said mgr was on break!

Nice cozy place to hang out and eat. Food is yummy and the service was pretty fast.

Service is nice here. Food is nothing special. Prices aren't too bad and restaurant has a quiet atmosphere. Overall it's ok but nothing to write home about.
