The waitress we had seemed new and still in training, another girl had an attitude with the rest of the employees. She kept cursing when my 3 year old daughter was with me while we were sitting at the bar waiting for my to go order. I placed a order 30 mins in advanced, when I got there I was told there was no steak so I couldn’t order it. Kinda weird experience.
This place was wonderful. Our waitress was sweet and on top of her game. I ordered the salmon and they cooked it perfectly. I was sitting there eating and doing my happy dance. Loved the atmosphere, had great music and overall just a great experience. After the ordeal I had at a previous restaurant this was a wonderful change.
I'd like to start by saying how amazing our bar drinks were.. Spot on, perfect! An excellent bartender!! However, that is the only positive thing I can say. We were sat at a dirty table in a dirty section of the restaurant. After our drinks were delivered and dinner order was taken, we never saw anyone again. We didn't receive the waters we ordered or have silverware brought to our table. We finished our drinks and waited another 20 minutes before walking out. We even went outside and smoked a cigarette hoping when we got back, maybe our drinks would be refreshed or SOMETHING. I've worked in restaurants and bars for over 20 years and I've never had an experience like this or walked out of an establishment before! This happened 10/20/2022 around 7pm. I have to add, we were only ONE of THREE tables, the restaurant was empty.

Wait staff was kind and polite, but they were definitely understaffed. The overall experience was very poor. The salad bar was poorly stocked and not clean, the tables and windows were visibly dirty, and the bathroom was a disaster. One of the two stalls was out of order, and it smelled so bad that we could detect the odor while we were eating in the dining area. Our server was attentive, but everything else was subpar. Two stars is probably generous, but I feel bad for the employees.
4 star only exception was the extended wait for the drinks and food. We were given a complimentary salad bar in return of the delayed wait. It helped make up the hunger from a 12 hour shift but rice was hard from waiting so long to bring it out I assume. Would have been a 5star on a good trip.
You can tell they need a bit more help hired to wait the tables. Our waiter was nice but seemed a bit inexperienced. He got my order wrong but by the time we got the food it was not worth another 15 minute wait. Plus,if they were out of tartar sauce, someone should've mentioned that once I ordered my crab cakes. The one crab cake I did get was ok but those coconut shrimp were burnt. I should've stuck to the Salad Bar.
Drinks were usually empty, food was mediocre, salad bar was passable at best. Bland steak, out of sauces, odd flavor in the appetizer. Server was a sweet girl. We were not happy with our visit. Do not recommend.Food: 2/5
Our wait time was long not busy at 4pm. A meal that was ordered was not available but we were not informed of this for 15mins after being ordered. When the meals came, I was informed that the guacamole I ordered with my burger was not available and the bacon was forgotten. Which then had to be made and came after the burger was cold. The soldiers steak was ordered as medium rare and came medium well.
Small wings and very small portions the mac n cheese is good but not worth the priceFood: 3/5
