Our server was terrible. Hailey disappeared for quite some time, took 20 minutes to get the check. I actually had to get up and get my own Togo boxes. It takes a lot for me to get angry and by the time I left there I was thoroughly disappointed. Management should take a look at who they are allowing to serve their customers. She was unfriendly, extremely lazy and she should really think about looking for employment in a different field. In this field you work for tips, you put up with quite a lot to earn that tip. Unfortunately she does not understand the meaning of customer service. For what it is worth I have never given a review before, this was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am a bartender I would like to think I know a thing or two about how to be successful in this industry.

Service was very slow.. over 40 mins to get our order when we ordered with our drinks, restaurant not even half full. My husband's food came out with meat cold and salad lettuce warm. Didn't get a refill while we were waiting for our order. A table in front of us order right before us and we're done with their food before we even got served ours. Won't be back to this location

This place used to be once happening and the salad bar alone you could rave about for days. Now, not so much. This place has sadly went on the downhill slide in more ways than one. Salad bar sucks and they don't keep up on it, waitresses are horrible, young ignorant and not experienced. Husband had to walk up to them to ask for our silverware and re fills on our drinks! Food not all that great (hell fast food at this point might have been better). Just a shame. How this place stayed open over Rocky Run right across from blows my mind. Disappointment for sure. And half the staff was young kids baked out of their mind!!

Had hair in my salad bar. But I know that is not the restaurants fault. They took off 50%. Food took awhile but was hot when we got it. It was Ok.

Ate there on a Saturday evening. Went to change my newborn after being seated to find the restroom a complete disgusting mess. Clogged toilets and sinks and a puddle of urine on the changing table NOT from a baby. Asked one of the employees to please have the restroom cleaned; 30 minutes later, nothing. An hour later still filthy. The bathroom was enough to stop me from going back again. Food was ok, a bit overpriced. Had to ask for silverware after getting our salads. Waitress helpfully asked if we wanted ketchup, but then didn't bring it. The bill didn't even have a pen to sign. Hard to recommend this place. I would tell people to completely avoid, but the salad bar was great. Go for the salad bar but don't use the restroom!
