Keeping seating party of two in first room where they seem to put parties with small children. What party with no children wants to be in a section with parties with kids under 2 years old.  Especially when the place is half empty.  Love the new salad bar items. Salad bar needs better restocking when they are busy

The customer service is wonderful. My mom and I were dissapointed that they didn't have crab cakes even though we saw them listed on the online menu. Our server felt bad, so she went to her boss and told her the situation. Our server then came back and told us where we could find crab cakes that her boss recommended. We left Ruby Tuesday to satisfy our cravings, but we will definitely return.

Poor cleanliness. We were fighting the flys off our food. Orders burgers which took over a half-hour to arrive and were way over done. Service was poor as we only saw our waiter twice, when we ordered and when we were done. We will not be going back.

Steaks, salmon, & veggies - all great. Best part? They have an "allergens menu"!!! SO appreciate that - it shows which choices, based on suppliers info, are ok for your particular allergy! Incredible customer service!
