Love the atmosphere. We sat at the bar our bartender was awesome. We ordered a salad that was in a baguette and we enjoyed it. We will go back

So me and my wife went and and ordered everything was fine until I got my food. I ordered A burger medium well and got A burger the was still moving. I waited 15 mins until the waitress came back ( it was not busy). Upon telling her about the issue she insisted that's how they did medium well burgers. I told her she ddint need to cover for the cooks mistake but she keep telling me that's how they did medium well. Well now I'm posted and asked for her manager. When the manager got there she also said that's how they did medium well. Well she offered to take my burger and recook it after I had taken A bite out of it. Needless to say I got my bite of bloody cow for free and called there corporate offices where they told me that's now how they cook there burgers (Well ya it's called A national standard) and offered me A 100 dollar gift card which I refused. Basically I'll never eat there again.

Bad Experience. -No Bread at the table, they said they ran out'. -No Bud lite on Thursday night( football night), -And, the Steaks were full of Sinew.

If i could give it no stars i would. I usually have a very good exprience here but not today. The waitress kayla G, took forever to being us anything. She just kept talking to and huging guys and sitting at there tables. I asked her multiple times for lemon or ketchup or my check and shes forgot everytime. Shes a horrible server will not be returning due to her.
