Story

Uno has been committed to the craft of pizza since inventing the "deep dish" in 1943. From our famed deep dish dough to our fresh toppings, only our love of pizza is deeper than our handcrafted pies.

If you ever want to work for the most rudest restaurant here in Las Cruces this is the place for you. I understand that this is a franchise company and thank God for them this isn't corporate. Because I am sure as I take my next breath that if this was run by corporate the management team they have there now would be standing in the unemployment line. It's no wonder why they are always advertising for help because they treat good people like trash. They speak totally unprofessional to employees and to their families. I will continue to go to Uno's just NOT this location. I will be contacting the owner about how his management talks so unprofessional to employees and to their families/spouses.

Uno's is both family and couple friendly. There is a great sports bar to the side that does not interfere with quieter dining. The menu is extensive and the pizza is superb. I enjoy the salads too. Oft overlooked, great place for a meal.

Food wasn't bad however this is the worst service I have ever had. First, we waited about 15 minutes before we got menus, then it took another 15 minutes just to get our drinks. They were not super busy which made me wonder why we were having to wait. Food took almost 30 min to come out. My drink was empty for most of the time without a refil. I've noticed the service has gone down hill more and more with every time we've gone. This was the worst experience and for the that, my money will no longer be spent there.

The past few times we've been here the food is great... but the service is horrible! This last time we waited for our appetizers for 45 minutes and for our food one hour. The waitresses have had a miserable face and are in a bad mood. They also took long to refill our drinks while we'd wait for our food. I'd understand if the restaurant was packed and they were super busy, but there were only about 3-4 small parties aside from us...

I loved going to UNO in New York, but it's not the same quality here. Food is underwhelming, staff is generally distracted, and the prices are way too high. The last time we went, we got a little tired of being called "lovely people" with a slightly sarcastic tone. I think we're probably done with UNO for a while. Plenty of better choices.
