Cool place, food good but could be better! ....did find a hair in mayo recently,  ....Not good!!!! 

Some staff are great, some staff are not, ....kinda same in most places!

Some strange smell of sick near the bar last time I went in, kinda put me off my food, good job I was not given much to eat, for the cost of the meal I should have been given More food!

I guess it's a case off Fill them up on Cheap Salad from the salad bar, Main Meals should have Larger portions!

As a Customer, I Will remember this next time I go out to eat, as I did tonight!
Went out to Pizza Carrello,  they gave us so much we had a Full Large Pizza to take home!

I love Ruby Tuesday for the salad bar and this one does not disappoint. Everything looked and tasted fresh. Also had the mini chicken sliders, which were decent, but no big deal. Service was very good and all staff was quite friendly.

As per usual the food and service was amazing. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because there was some confusion as far as billing for a split meal. They sent a manager over and there still was confusion. They got the gm Matt on the phone on a Sunday at 7pm and he cleared or all up and comped the meal. Kudos for answering on his off time and resolving the issue! He definitely kept our family as customers. Thanks again.

I only say 4 stars because, the waitress didn't know how to make our drinks. Her service was great! But if I order a drink I don't want a mystery.

Food is good depending on the day. Not my family favorite place to eat but they do have an excellent salad bar.
