I complained to the manager about poor service, and he said he'd send me a $25 gift card. I never got it. I called him again, and he said he'd call me back after he checked. I called him a 3rd time, and he said he had already sent it. I never received it. 

The scoop: I went to celebrate my birthday with a friend and use a free hamburger discount. So, apparently Sam Adams is not considered "domestic," so drink specials don't apply. The burger was so-so, and the fries.... well there were hardly enough to taste-test! I ended up ordering more fries just to feel full (they were barely edible). The drinks were way over-priced. Everything was a disappointment. I ended up spending $18 trying to make my visit feel worth it, but it really wasn't. My friend and I will never eat there again! Good luck! I'm surprised people still go there.

We went in in a Sunday with a party of 9, it was busy, but didn't have to wait too long.  The buffet was a little pricey, but had coupons and one of my kids was young enough to get a free brunch buffet.  It wasn't a huge selection, but good.  Service was good and waitress was friendly.  I would probably go back, the rest of the prices looked a touch above average for similar eats.

The Sunday brunch here is fantastic it has an extensive array of foods, including their salad bar which has 55 options itself.  The staff is friendly and pleasant.

Went in for Sunday brunch the service was OK .  When it was time to pay I was over charged. I talked to some of the employees and they just left it at that sucks for you. I won't be back anytime soon
