I came on Easter Sunday yesterday for the first time. My waitress was sooo sweet and attentive. 
I went there to eat at the salad bar and it was amazing!! It was all fresh! I'm a raw vegan and I have to eat a lot to be full. I ate so much and it surprised everyone but my gosh it was delicious!!!

Went here for dinner. Took 8-9 minutes for our server Brandon to greet us. He took drink order and as we had plenty of time to look at the menu, we ordered food as well. It was around 645 pm and they were already out of pork chops. Food came out(in about 15 minutes after the reorder) and we had to ask for our drinks again. Wasn't busy at all. I have managed in restaurants for over 15 yrs and have never experienced service this poor. I know corporate standards and training, there is no excuse for this. The only reason I gave 2 stars was the hostess and food were as should be expected. Never saw a manager. Based on my experience and training, the least the manager on duty should have came by and checked on us. Sad the level of not caring this place has. Pass on this location and go somewhere else.

Usually I get my food to go but today I dined at the restaurant. The food was ok but the service was horrible. I immediately picked up on an attitude from our server. A few things happened tonight. Our orders were delayed because of the server not communicating the proper meal requests. We waited about 30 mins for appetizers. We got dirty plates which were sent back but never replaced. The other thing was the server asked my friend if she wanted another drink..my friend said no but the server brought it anyway and then charged her for it. Luckily she recognized her mistake and corrected it when we asked to split the bill. Last thing was that she split the billl incorrectly so she over and under charged.

Service is mediocre. They took approx 15 mins to make 3 alcoholic beverages and it wasn't even busy (7:51pm on a Wednesday night). I ordered the Ruby margarita and it tasted awful. It tasted like water and liquor with barely any juice and the cup came without salt which I requested it to come with salt. Another 5 min wait for just to get salt on the rim of the cup. They remade it and it was much, MUCH better. The food I cannot complain. It was delicious all around but the broccoli and cheese soup a bit salty for my taste. If the customer service was better, I'd rate it a 4*. I won't give them a 5* because they lack a bit in the smile department. They are not very happy. Smile sells, big time and most of the hosts/servers did not have that.

My shrimp was under cooked, my wifes appetizer was brought out before my appetizer my ribs were brought out before my wifes salmon.
