Huge selection of high quality, well priced rugs.  We were immediately greeted and worked well with Wahab who knows literally everything there is to know about rugs.  Never felt rushed or hustled.  All sales are final but they will allow you to exchange.  If you don't see something you like hanging, they have stacks of books and can order whatever you find.  Highly recommend working with Wahab.  Oh, no AC in this place so don't bother coming in with full hair and makeup y'all :)

Bought a rug 2 weeks ago the owner stated 2 day delivery 2 weeks later no delivery and the owner refused to refund my money.  After several calls the owner could not produce a tracking number nor an explanation.  Poor customer service and theft.

I walked in at 6:30pm on a Sunday.  The owner was there and just turned the lights back on as he was closing down for the night.  He was very helpful in explaining the different quality of rugs they've got and how rug colors, and patterns interact with the light and colors in rooms.  The showroom is basically a warehouse that's got rugs hung on three walls and the center has rugs piled throughout.  They've got a great range and lots of different styles but they're strong suit is traditional style.  

However, the best thing about Rug Expo isn't the showroom, or the owner, or the selection.  It's the prices.  They destroy every other place I've ever seen rugs for sale.  I'll be buying several more rugs from this store.
