Tomas was fantastic. He explained the whole process clearly and concisely. He proceeded to then do a fantastic job cleaning our home. He helped us move things when we need it and waited as we had to clear some areas that needed to be revalued prior to the process. He was happy to address additional areas that cropped up as we were getting the process finished. I would highly recommend Zerorez and especially Tomas.

These guys were awesome. They came earlier than scheduled which was awesome. They called first to make sure it was ok. Carlos took great care of me. Thank you Delaney for having Carlos to come out. I had to reschedule a few times and they were totally cool with that. I am  currently on the market looking for a new house. I would totally use them again.

We had a very good experience with Zerorez cleaning our ducts. When coming in our house, they made sure to put protective coverings on their shoes, which I very much appreciated.  They explained what they were going to do, then went to work doing it.  Everything was done quickly and efficiently.  We were shown before and after pictures. They cleaned up before leaving. The crew was polite and respectful of our home.  Would highly recommend Zerorez.

The servicemen showed up on time.  I was held up and they graciously agreed to move me to a later time slot that day to accommodate my unexpected delay. When they arrived on time for the new time, they worked quickly and efficiently. They were professionally dressed and polite. They took care to park the truck so as to not trample my landscaping and they protected the interior of my house from damage with the hose. Before I knew it, they were done with 3 bedrooms and a hallway. Very clean!  I am extremely satisfied.

Terrible experience. Very perfunctory job. They didn't vacuum the carpet before cleaning, didn't lift anything to clean underneath. They didn't even lift up the laundry hampers since the carpet under the laundry hampers is still dry after cleaning! Furthermore, they completely skipped one room (the master bedroom)! I had to call to request a makeup service for the master bedroom and asked for a different person servicing us hoping it will be better. But no, the second person is just as perfunctory as the first. Very mad will never use them again!
