The customer service I received was beyond fantastic. I am a senior citizen that has all the aches and pains seniors do. I stay active and hike everyday but I have been trying to cut corners and buy shoes off the rack at discount stores. That doesn't work anymore for me with my flat feet, sciatica and pains coming out of the woodwork everyday. I have been to Run Flagstaff a few times and every time I come in the store I walk out with quality shoes that fit perfectly. Yesterday I walked out of the store with a new pair of Hokas that are good for the trail and walking. I was told by a Podiatrist not to try a half marathon again but these shoes feel so good I may not listen to that advice, lol. Thanks Run Flagstaff for the great shoe buying experience!!!!!

I go here for all my walking/running shoes needs. Firstly, it's a small business, not a giant chain. Secondly, because the staff are ALL knowledgeable in the art of proper shoe fitting. Thirdly, their buyer goes for quality shoes. Fourthly, because same staff are actually interested in being helpful. All these points are of equal importance

Helpful, patient staff took their time with me and didn’t push me to buy at all. It was great to be able to test out shoes on the in-store treadmill. Great selection of trail gear— including nutrition, trail maps, and doggy running accessories.
