Would rate 0 stars if I could. Moved from California to Washington.

I asked for a delivery as quickly as possible. They implied it would take a week at most. 3 weeks later my belongings were still in California. I could not get ahold of anyone ever. Dealing with customer service was terrible. On 3 different occasions they gave me the name and number of a driver who supposedly had my things and all 3 times it turned out they didn't have them. There were days I would spend 2 hours just trying to get in contact with anyone there trying to figure out where my things were and when I could expect them.

They promised me a 10% discount for my trouble and I have yet to see the money.

Do not use this company.

I would Never use this company again. My wife and I used them for relocation from Los Angeles to Denver. They came out twice and managed to underestimate how much stuff we had, if I hadn't gotten rid of beds, TVs, Dressers, and a piano, we would have had to pay more. We had their guys pack up everything, and most of it was thrown in boxes, no padding, no protection, no caring, just thrown in there, as a result most of our stuff arrived scratched and dented. The moving truck wasn't water tight, so at least 7 of our boxes arrived soaked, and their contents damaged. I write this is as a warning for anyone considering using this company -- if you value your stuff, don't use them. They say your stuff is "fully insured", but that only means that you'll get 50 cents for every pound they damage, unless you purchase additional insurance on your things.

Currently have a major complaint with this company.  They don't take care of your things. My mother in law just used them to move to Oklahoma from California and they broke half of her property.  Very rude driver. He also ran his truck through my property and ripped my lawn to pieces.
