I wanted to sell some clothes when I went last time and they weren't accepting buys which was really inconvenient.

They have nice clothes at a great price but overall they have the best customer service. My daughter accidentally left her school backpack with money , phone and home keys. They had already closed. So We thought well maybe will get lucky the next day and the back pack will be there. I called first thing in the morning a polite girl had answer the phone. They had the backpack in a safe place. When we picked it up everything was in there including her phone. Just wanted to say again thank you Runway Fashion Exchange! for hiring honest humble great people.
