Had only one person working there and was already working with other customers but didn't acknowledge us or even look at us. Very rude, not only lost us as customers but lost others as well.

Lies were told, unexpected charges on my first bill, extended warranties added that I was never told about. When I called to speak to my sales rep they said she didn't work there anymore. I requested the manager, they said they would have her call me back. Never had a call back. When I went into the store a week later, there she was! I asked her about my charges and expressed my concerns with the false information. She got combative and aggressive. I told her I didn't want to argue with her and then the store manager chimed in from the side and threatened to kick ME out! I will never go back and there is a good chance I will be leaving Verizon after 20 years of service. Verizon should be embarrassed by the type of customer service this location is providing. This is a perfect example of how class action lawsuits are started.

After market cord is garbage and takes the s8 15 hours to charge but will charge faster if you flip the cord over... smh

My family and I all use Verizon ... we are more than pleased with the customer service ~ all the employees are kind, respectful and have good humor - for whatever the need - we have never left the 'store' without having been satisfied with the service and the individuals who are employed. .Thank you Joey, Ryan, Steve etc.etc.
