Unfriendly/unknowledgeable staff that spend their time texting, dont know about vape products. This shop used to be good before the reopening. What happened? We make a drive to florence instead, extremely friendly out there and very helpful with better prices. I wouldnt mind spending more here if staff and stock was better.

I really want to like this place because it is so close to my girlfriends house. I have had some real good experiences with certain staff in Harrison. I have been trying to get a .2 ohm coil for my Kanger Subvod. I stopped at the Lawrenceburg store Saturday for the first time. I asked the guy for a .2 ohm coil. He gave me a coil, got home and it was a .5 ohm coil. He didn't give me a receipt so I said screw it I'll get another one. Well, I go into the same store around 3 PM today(Jan 25th) and I ask for a .2ohm coil, show the girl the actual device I wanted the coil for. She gave me a 1.2 ohm coil and no receipt. I called the store and told her what happened, she said she was sorry that it was her fault, that she's supposed to ask if you want a receipt or not. I asked if I could bring it in and get the right one. She admitted that it was here fault not giving it to me, but told me I couldn't bring it in without a receipt. It's not the money really it's more of the hassle of driving all the way there for a coil just to get the wrong one twice. She said she would try to message her boss and see if I could bring it in. I think she should of exchanged the coil, since she remembered who I was. I think I will stick to the Harrison store, although she did recommend a juice and I LOVE IT !!! Triumphant Strawzilla's Milk. The employees at the Harrison store are really GREAT !!! I spend a lot of money on vaping, not fixing a small 5 dollar mistake might have cost SV thousands of my dollars over the years to come. But I'm going to give them another go. Just avoiding the Lawrenceburg store from now on, and making sure I look at what I have before I leave ! All in all, it was worth it because I have only found one other juice that I like, and today I found my favorite because of that girl. So I'm pissed and glad at the same time.

Kind of expensive, but have always had good help from the employees.

Wow.....Lots of juice. I have never seen so much juice in one shop. Add the loyalty program with the tank selection and I have no reason to shop anywhere else. I love all the Studio Vape locations!! Thanks for helping me kick the cigs!

I'm a veteran vaper. SV is great about helping new vapers. They have a good selection. Save your box and receipts in case you have any issues. They will help you figure out the problem! SV is definitely in my raves and faves column.
