Let me begin by saying this is my first experience with a debilitation car wreck and I really did not know where to turn. I am an elderly woman and needed a lawyer to really take a leadership role in my case. I contacted Matt Russell, he reassured me he would take control from that moment forward and he did just that. 
 
He completely handled all aspects of the case from case management, to doctors, to getting medical bills reduced etc. He made me feel I did not have to worry because he would do that for me. Matt always responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. The only advice I would give, make sure you have the maximum coverage on your uninsured/underinsured motorist policy. It is inexpensive and will only hurt you in the long run if you do not have it. 
 
As far as Matt Russel goes you are in good hands and I would recommend him highly.

When I first moved to Washington I was rearended and sustained a severe neck injury not knowing what my rights were or what I was entitled to in regards to help with my medical bills I reached out Russell & Hill out of Everett and Jim quickly began working with me to ensure that my family was taken care of. This law firm has gone above and beyond in my opinion and I highly recommend them to anyone that needs legal help in mediating a legal case with a large company or small insurance company. I was in a car accident and have had much difficulties communicating and settling with the other insurance company that I seeked a lawyer. Russell and Hill had nothing but great reviews, so I decided to make an appointment. I am so thankful I did, Matt and his team exceeded my exceptions and truly cared for the position I was in. I was pleased to hear they were able to get a hold of the other insurance and beyond happy to settle for more then what I expected. I definitely felt they did all they could in representing myself and my case. I am very appreciative for all that they do and will recommend them to anyone seeking a lawyer.

Three months ago my life was turned upside down and I found myself in need of a lawyer, I found Dustin Burk with Russell & Hill. He was amazing, so helpful and knew exactly what we needed to do to get through the case. He discussed with me several times where we were at with things and always kept me in the loop and updated me with all the information as he received it. I certainly hope I don't ever need a lawyer again, but if I do I know where to go. Thank you for giving me my life back.

Russell & Hill is an excellent personal injury attorney. Everybody in their office saw to my every need and worked hard to get the settlement I deserved. I recommend them to anybody that wants an attorney that about each and every client, and will do everything within the law to achieve the goal.
