Welcome to a world of style and beauty - Hair Care and Color, Nail Care, Waxing, Facials and Massage. Step into a salon designed with you in mind. Chicago native, Patrick Russo brought his thirty years of experience and vision to Fountain Hiils. Having owned two salons in Chicago, Patrick's dream of owning an elegant, inviting and relaxing salon in beautiful Arizona became a reality in 2009. One year later, he expanded the salon to include a beautiful and tranquil spa, featuring a licensed massage therapist and asethetcian. Patrick believes continuing education is a must for his entire staff, to stay current with the latest trends and services in the industry. Russo Salon and Spa is a salon designed with you in mind.

I have to say that I received THE worst hair cut ever here. Anita had no clue what she was doing, even by looking at a picture of what I wanted. My home state stylist/colorist had to take significant length off of my hair because the cut I received here was so bad. My stylist could not believe what Anita had done to my hair. It's really inexcusable. I asked for a modern shag hair cut, to keep my length, and not color my hair with brown in the mix of red. I got NOTHING I asked for. It's really time for continuing education for Anita. Apparently "Senior stylist" is in name only and not in talent. I did ask for someone else to fix it, but everyone had gone to lunch. I was out in Arizona for Lyme disease treatment. My body didn't have time to wait. She just kept saying over and over that she didn't know what I wanted. The picture should have been a big clue to what I wanted. She cut my hair into a bob and blow dried it straight. I asked her why is she blow drying it like that. She said she needed to see the cut. I looked like a 50 year old woman. I gave her a chance to fix it since no one was around, and it looked OK at the salon, so I paid and left. It wasn't ok though. It was hacked up. My stylist said the back was longer than the sides, and the layers weren't even, and I should have never been given texture, because my hair can't handle that cut. I now have to wait for my hair to grow back to shoulder length, where it looks its best. For some reason I cannot attach the picture of what I wanted, but it's a shoulder length modern shag.

Beautiful spa and salon, amazing staff, and the best facial I have EVER received by Taryn - well worth the drive from Tempe!
