I have been getting my haircut here since 2011.  Most of the stylists are well trained and do what I ask them to do.  Kelly does an outstanding job.

Had a great experience and my 8 year old son and I both received great haircuts. Got in and out in about 30 minutes and the two ladies that cut our hair were friendly and knew what they were doing. Would recommend and will be back!

This Great Clip facility near the Bashas store is beyond  bad.  I started having them cut my hair several years ago when I moved to Fountain Hills, sometime in 2012. I typically received a good hair cut about 20% of the time and mostly fair haircuts the rest of the time until one day I received the worst haircut of my life.  It is not important what happened but it took 3 months believe it or not for my hair to grow out properly before I could have it cut once again.  During this time period I tried two times to contact the owner via the main company and all I received was silence.    This facility hires unqualified people and in my case the last young girl that cut my hair actually argued with me and told me she cut it the way I requested.  The old adage the customer is right does not hold true in this facility and disrespect for the customer was displayed by the employee without anyone in the facility challenging it. Yes their hair cuts are very cheap but I can only blame myself for continuing to go there until one day I received the hair cut from hell.  And expecting the owner to care after twice contacting the main company I guess is to much to ask.  We definitely live in different times now!!!!

My stylist did a great job. Loud banter within the shop about another client was humorous , but unprofessional. Two talked loudly about giving notice, & not able to make any money.

Asked for a slight trim, about one half inch off. Ended up getting chopped almost down to the scalp. Would not recommend at all.
