HORRIBLE! Do not use this company for your moving needs. We used them for a move from Belleville to Alabama and they DESTROYED our furniture. Our dining room chairs we thrown into a crate, unwrapped and loose. Needless to say, all of our dining room chairs were damaged beyond repair. Items that were wrapped were done so carelessly. Out of four military moves, we had more damage done with Ruts than with any other move COMBINED. Use a company that takes pride in their work and respects your household goods. This company does not care and will cause you more money in repairs and replacements. If I could give a 0/5 stars I would have.

So disappointed  we had a desk break in half....how does that happen?most furniture has scratches and a lamp broken. NO COMPENSATION.....REALLY?!

This is my first time using a moving company, but my husband has used over 8 and says that this is the worst experience he has ever had. There was quite a bit of damage, due to poor packing. The top of the dresser and two bedside dressers are scratched beyond repair. The corners of several pieces are severely chipped. To top things off, our tool box was missing. I didn't hover as they loaded the truck, but I did watch them seal the crates with my signature on the tape. It was listed on the paperwork they filled out as they packed. There was no opportunity for anyone other than their employee to take it; one of the employees stole our tool box. They did pay for the damages, but where as the toolbox is replaceable, the dressers are not repairable. I would never use this moving/packing company again.
