Rented a 26' truck to move to Belleville. The truck was clean and drove well. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and the customer service was was friendly and understanding.

We needed to rent a trailer so we played the rental roulette. We won big, they provided: friendly and considerate attention, knowledgeable staff, well maintained and designed equipment and gave me a strong sense that my business matters. This was not provided by one employee, I  was well treated by everyone I contacted there. What a gem, no more roulette for me. I  know where I will go if I ever need to rent again.

Extremely helpful staff that went above and beyond to insure a U-haul experience to be the best it could be.

Did the mistake to make a booking at an another U-Haul location that did not honour it and they saved my day.

Friendly, polite, extremely professional. It is a family business and they are great reliable people.
