Store was nice and clean and the manager amanda was very helpful and friendly. Its a small store so its to be expected that the parking is as well but they do have more parking around back. I liked that they had my chew and a public restroom. Everytime ive been there the staff have been friendly and side note im sorry to hear that your coffee lady died she was a great person.

The employees have always been friendly and efficient here. One time, when I had ordered food, and was waiting for it to be made, there were apparently a few things that the previous shift hadn't done to prep appropriately, and it was taking longer than usual. The staff was very apologetic, clearly trying their best to expedite the process. I was understanding, having worked in the food service industry at one point, and the employees showed how much they appreciate that. My only complaint with this location is simply getting in and out of the parking lot. It's a very high traffic intersection and sometimes its a pain!

Traffic and parking are horrible. Always busy, friendly staff. Can be a bit slow especially around rush hours and lunchtime.

When in to Rutters today off the strinestown exit and ordered 2 items and it took them 15 minutes. I mean it wasn't that busy and it took them 15 minutes to make 2 items, that is absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointed
