Ever since my husband and I went to hawaii we have craved delicious Hawaiian food! This place was great! The vibe is really chill, the service was awesome and the food is outstanding. We each ordered something different to try a few things and the boneless short rib dinner was definitely my favorite, but everything we had was delicious. I definitely recommend this place!

This is a local treasure. Stop what you are doing right now and go order literally anything off their menu.

I'm serious, stop reading this and go. My personal fav is the addictive bacon strips, and the jaw droppingly delicious french toast made on a hawaiian roll (oh, go on ahead and splurge for the coconut syrup while you're at it.) 

My only concern about this place is the wait times, even in their new location, you have to wait before you can be seated. But, I guess that's a testament to how fantastic this place is, we all keep coming back!

The new location is brighter than the previous one.  Their menu has some unique items. We like the Hawaiian Royals that come in three sizes - with veggies, eggs, rice or not, and the meat of your choice.  They have a home made salsa that is marvelous.
The menu also contains more traditional items from saimin to hamburgers.
They have added a self serve patio where you can order at the register, pick up your food and save 10% off the menu prices.

The service was good and the food was great.  Only issue was the bacon was not salted so it was bland.  Everything else was awesome.

Lau Lau was a 3 star. My 9 year old gave the loco moco a 4. My wife gives the char sui a 3.5. I think it was good. But not great. I would give it a 3.5 overall... But I can't.
