Owner, Alex, is our hero!  We had an accident on a Friday afternoon late and found all the RV and trailer parts/service stores to be closed.  I was calling every number in the book and fortunately called Alex!  He not only had the used part we needed, but GAVE it to us as well as drilled and installed the rivets into that part for us!  He invited us to come to his home so we wouldn't even have to pay for his coming to us and it was at his home he did the work on the part to insure it would fit and be no further trouble.  Not only that, but he also gave us other parts "just in case"!  Alex saved us so much money, trouble, and grief.  Offering to pay, his response was, "No, I'm just glad I am able to help you especially on the weekend because no one else is open!"   This clean-cut, polite, and altogether terrific young man is to be commended for the way he runs his business.  We can't thank him enough and are telling our friends about him.  You should contact Alex for all your RV/trailer needs.
