Service and food used to be great but now has went downhill.. Food stay on bar for hours and is nasty.. Also is very expensive for 2 people it's over $30

Simply put, the money would be better spent almost anywhere else. The bland food is only upstaged by the cold and unsanitary facility. Though the advertised selection sounds swell, the dishes are devoid of flavor and texture. By the end of the first plate I am nauseous, and any subsequent ventures to the bars only compound the general feeling of dissatisfaction and disappointment. It doesn't seem to matter how you order your steak, because the medium-rare and rare I requsted were both slapped on my plate as medium-well.

We went to this Ryan's on the way back home from visiting my in laws. I did not have any small bills in my purse so after we loaded the kids up I was going to run a 5.00 bill in out of the glove box. The waitress chased us down because my daughter forgot her bow at the table. She threw the bow at us and said thanks for my tip extremely rudely and stormed off. That is unacceptable behavior from anyone especially considering I was going to get her a tip. We will never eat there again after that.

Everyone that works there is so nice ,,,I'm a member of the East River Street Rods,,,we have a meeting there once a month,,,and it's grand every time,,,the manager tonight was a real sweet lady,,,and our waitress,,,thank you Ryans,,,see you in February,,,

This was quite possibly the most inedible food I ever paid 15 dollars a person for. Watery mashed potatoes flavorless ever Thing else. Tried 3 different knife on this so called steak would not cut the poor quality meet. I will never stop at a Ryan's again.
