I discovered Rye Brook Wine Shop a couple of years ago while looking for a Cabernet that nobody else had in stock. I bought the last 6 bottles of it and it arrived in flawless condition a few days later. Several months later, they got more of this wine in their store, and graciously emailed me to ask me if I wanted additional bottles. It was a really special (pricey!) wine, and I politely declined, but I kept this wine store as one of my "favorites" because of this excellent customer service. Fast forward to this week, again looking for a Pinot Noir that is almost impossible to find. I looked under Wine Searcher, and lo and behold, there was Rye Brook listed. I wrote to the store using my contact information from my previous order and bought a case of various Pinot Noirs by this one winery, Siduri. I could not have been more of an annoyance making my choices, and I wrote to Chris Arango to change my order no less than 3 times. He was polite, helpful, and accommodating. I ended up spending way more money than I wanted on wines because Chris was so patient with my changes that I ultimately just added more to my order::)) You will not be sorry doing business with Rye Brook, and their selection of wines is every bit as awesome as their customer service. Chris will take great care of you!

One of the best wine shops in the area. Please support them. Not the largest but very knowledgeable and a great selection without the "Boutique" prices. A+ and the website is worth checking out ahead of your visit. -JH

Rye Brook Wine had exactly what I was looking for and the prices are reasonable. Very few other stores had the type and vintage I wanted. Excellent selection on web site. The customer service was understanding and really great. I recommend them and will use again!
