Passing through Kalamazoo for business and wanted to find a quick place to grab some breakfast. Ordered the Supreme Omelette with a side of sausage links. Absolutely wonderful food, fast service, fast and courteous server (Linda). Would recommend for locals or out of towners. The bakery section is a nice touch as well if you'd like to grab someone else something small for on the run.

Love this place! Food is outstanding, (especially homemade oatmeal bread). Service is amazing! They go that extra mile for all their customers!

Love this restaurant. It's cozy with a family atmosphere. The homemade potato chips are the best I've ever had!

So disappointed in the customer service. Attempted to place an order for sandwiches to take to my work team. First called to verify that sandwiches were available for take out. Then took considerable time to gather everyone's order. Called back to place the order and was told no sandwiches can be made before 11am. Well, it would have been nice to know this from the first call so that I did not waste my time. Rather, I was told that the assumption when ordering sandwiches is that its for lunch. Well guess what. It was for lunch, but not everyone works 8-5. My team starts early and have their lunch break at 10:30. What was most irritating was that the person I spoke with blamed me for this miscommunication. Obviously no sense of customer service or appreciation. Good thing there are a lot of other more accommodating restaurant choices in our community!

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! The food may be good but the service is slow and prejudice. In short a mistake was made on their end and I was told that even if the mistake was made that it was my fault there was no alternative or I'll help you what can I do or anything and it really upset me and the kicker is not only was I going to have them do my sons party cake but an corporate event that would have made them thousands but because of lack of customer service they lost a customer and big business I hope you're proud of yourself Stacey. Customer service is very important! Try it sometime.! Btw: if you want to try a great service Cafe definitely Try Larues Family Resturaunt on Stadium Drive accords from Harding they're not prejudice and the customer service is top notch!!!!
