The best staff!  Trustworthy and very personal and hard working. You can take your car in and they will take great care of you and be honest with the work they did.

Reliable and honest.  Our van had been having problems, problems starting up, needing jumped after a single light has been one for 12 hours, and other things that either pointed to a bad alternator, or a bad battery.  We've checked the battery at other locations, and they said it was good.  We took it here, and also to replace an air sensor, and they spent the time needed to identify that it was not a bad alternator, but a bad battery, something the other places failed to do.  We replaced it and it was running great.  They did charge us for every bit of the way, which was a little expensive with all the fact finding they did, but they provided results for every test and explained very well with what went on.  If was a good visit.

Horrible experience! I dealt with the lady at the front desk who I found out is one of the owners. She is rude and very short with people. I was having problems with my car and asked if they could take a look. She never told me, nor was it posted anywhere, that just looking at it would cost anything. Some places don't charge for that, like Twin Falls Automotive. I came back to get it and they told me they filled up the transmission fluid and charged me for that and $50 more just for looking at it! They did not call me to tell me I needed more fluid, they just added it and charged me for it! On top of that, they said they couldn't find anything wrong. So they charged me over $50 to waste my gas driving my car around and to tell me nothing was wrong. I get that not all places look at your car for free, but when you go to pick your car up expecting no bill and some answers and you get no answers and a big, unexpected bill, that is unacceptable. I cannot believe how unprofessional and sketchy they are here. Please, do not take your car or business to S & D Automotive. You will regret it.

Honest place, good, honest mechanics that know what they are doing, will drop you off, and pick you up to work on your vehicle. They work on both foreign, and domestic vehicles, not sure if they work on motorcycles or not

I feel really fortunate to have found S&D when I first moved to Twin.  They are efficient, reasonably priced and do not ever recommend services that are not necessary.  And I really like everyone I've met there.  Unreserved 5 star.
