Just bought a vehicle from here... Johnny and the team at S&H Motor Sales are top notch. You can tell they are driven by customer satisfaction.  And they achieve it. They are more than willing to figure out what works best for the customer. I would highly recommend if you are in the market for buying a vehicle, at least stop by there before you pull the trigger on a vehicle anywhere. Chances are you will be driving out of their parking lot with exactly what you want, at price you wanted it for.

I drove off the lot in a 2010 Ford Fusion after driving a rust bucket for 5 years! Everyone at S&H was polite respectful and didn't mind I had small children with me. My car has a crack in the windshield and S&H offered to have it fixed! Most places won't even do that!! I recommend S&H Motor sells to anyone in the market for a new car!!

*UPDATED REVIEW*  Second vehicle purchased from this location. I can say hands down this is the best used car dealership in Elkhart. Process is quick and it's not a forced choice. Nor do they hammer you with sales pitches. Great selection great staff. If your in search of a new car or truck stop here first.

The wheels literally fell off of the car...I bought a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee from S&H and paid cash for the vehicle up front. Two days after I bought the car the front drivers side wheel fell off while I was driving down the road. I thought that stuff only happened in the movies! Within three months there was an oil leak, a CV joint went bad, the car began leaking water into the passenger space, the electronics inside the gear shifter went bad, and the U-joint on the drive shaft went bad. This car literally fell apart in 3 months. I went back to S&H only to have them essentially tell me that the car was my problem now. They sold me an absolutely horrible car and showed no moral compas when their vehicle completely fell apart. I am now out thousands of dollars and am forced to purchase a new vehicle. I hope this review saves someone from the same experience I had. Stay away from S&H!

The car buying experience here was great and they worked with me to get me an Audi A8!  Hugh was great going over the vehicle and Brian was able to get me an interest rate under 5% as a first time buyer! Thanks guys and will be sending other people your way!
