By mistake I went to the service center and had the horrible experience of speaking with Michael Gallows.  I obviously made the mistake, but he actually yelled at me and  talked down to me.  I never raised my voice to him.  When he gave me his business card, after i asked for it, he told me to complain about him all i wanted to.  I guess since I was not your customer he can act like that.   This was my first experience with your business.   I can guarantee it will be my last!   It's too bad that this is who is representing your company.

My car shopping experience could not have been any easier! Chandra was patient and listened to my needs and there was never any pressure to buy. Her customer service was outstanding and Tim O 'Hara  was friendly and courteous. I will definitely be back to see Chandra and Tim O'Hara !

Great experience,  Greg was helpful getting me the car I wanted and back on the road after my car was wrecked. Easy to do business with.  I have and will continue to refer everyone in need of a car to Lochmandy. There is positive energy, smiling faces, helpful and friendly people all over to help with whatever you need here.

I just leased my second vehicle from Lochmandy. I’ve dealt with Tim O’Hara both times and he’s absolutely the best!  Both times my experience has been easy and painless and I’ve left with cars that I’ve been thrilled with. I will DEFINITELY go back to Tim!  The customer service and follow up were stellar and I was well taken care of.

Everyone was so helpful at this dealership.  We went out of our way  to visit this dealership because they had the most inventory of the vehicle we were interested in.  We bought a beautiful 2018 Buick Avenir and we love it.  Bill Harman and the team at Lochmandy Motors was great.  Nice experience.
