Unfortunately, I have a home warranty and they sent this company to look at my HVAC system.  Then only thing S&R is good at doing is taking your co-pay/cash and then making excuses or not following through on filling out the forms to get the home warranty company to approve the needed repairs.  Mr. Cotton came out to diagnose the problem and after several weeks still no reply/response... but I really  don't know how he could have diagnose the problem if he never even touched or opened any of the HVAC system?  It was apparent that he did not want to work that day and apparently according to other reviews this is not the first time.  If you have a choice...Do Not use this company, or you will regret it.  It's sad that they take your money and then never follow through to get the issue resolved.  I wanted to give them negative stars because that is what they deserve for wasting my time and money.  BEWARE!!!

I try to give black businesses a try and this is exactly why I don't. Not only were they unprofessional by sceheduling an appointment with me only to call me to say they couldnt come until the next day. My home warranty company paid for the claim but there were additional charges that were not covered. It is up to the company (S&R) to tell the customer (me) about the charges. So, they get to my house an hour and a half after they said they were going to be here and told me I had to pay $250. Not that I can't afford $250 but it would have been nice to let the customer know prior to 10 minute heads up given. Robert is full of excuses and instead of taking a little responsiblity puts it off on others.
