Don't expect them to come get you when you call for a ride or even return a call if they can't make it. Better off walking

One of the drivers almost hit me on 32nd Ave right across from Simonson's. Not only speeding by, he flipped me off after I stopped in the middle of the road to let him by. Never using their service if they have disrespectful drivers.
