Hello I was at the Amtrak station looking for a Taxi. There was two or three to choose from. The first one I was not impressed. The driver was smoking in the cab one right after another, so I went with the other guys that looked well dressed and clean cut. If you are running a Taxi service your Taxi and driver should look nice and clean cut.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I called some lady answered. Asked where I need a taxi, gave her my address, says ok let me write that down then asks again. Tells me 10 to 15 minutes. Calls me 15 minutes later (by saying this is the taxi) and says my address doesn't exist lol but says ave instead of street and added a number to my address! Well I couldn't tell you where that brought her but I called another taxi and she said she's blocking my number now and hung up. Wow! Not professional at all. If you're a taxi service you would think getting addresses right (specially after saying it twice) would be kind of important.

Perfect service, my cab arrived on time, it was very clean, smelled nice and the driver was very professional.

The driver smokes which is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you're going to be a taxi driver I would quit smoking. This is a JOB NOT YOUR HOME. ALSO - I was charged $18 for a 3 mile ride. Not kidding. And their rates are supposedly $2.40 per mile, so do the math. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!!
