Your typical spanish grocery supermarket. Expect low prices but in some of the produce section, spoiling fruit/vegetables. The flowers here are cheap and you must visit the Deli section. The ham is always super cheap!!! Check out their ad up in front of the entrance, ( always about 10 steps away ) there are some great deals on there.

They have a great selection and variety of Hispanic items... food or household. Except for what they put on sale the prices are pretty high. The place is very old and dingy and most of the time smelly. It needs an update about 5 years ago...

Not sure how the people who write and review this with 5 stars or even compare it to Publix. They must be use to their 3rd world country markets. The customers who shop there and ALL the employees do not speak a lick of Inglés? Imagine that 🤔. This Tropical needs to step it up and get in the game with common sense, cleanliness, customers service, changing gloves (deli girl) or offering you a sample of ham and cheese on a deli paper instead of passing customer the sliced ham or sliced cheese. This Tropical in Homestead looks rundown outside. It does not compare to the Location in Kendall. Did you know it's owned by different owners and it shows. I love my Kendall Tropical including the meat and deli ladies. Keep up the good work. I do shop at both locations, and their produce is good at times. Oh, Nothing compares to PUBLIX.
