The worst cuban sandwich ever, you would think that by now a latin place would know how to craft one but they dont, missing the pork, pickles and mustard, on top of that they put it in the microwave so that the bread can get nice and rubbery, no sense of urgency at the cafeteria, instead of employing the assembly line method the same server walks all the way up and down the trays to fill just one order while the others run around like chickens with no heads accomplishing absolutely nothing. Now to the attitude, these ladies need to get a laid or something, they are borderline rude and always with a "hate the world" face on, none are kind or friendly. By far the pure definition of wasted potential, 25 minutes on line to get food when you're first or up to bat is just not acceptable. Take the tip jar off the counter, nobody there deserves a tip for the crappy service they provide. 3rd world service. Stay away from the chicken with rice they serve on mondays, that's the dried up chicken leftover from the weekend.

Your manager said it's you policy not to accept beer; even though it was purchased 30 minutes before. Finally your manager took the beer back & I saved over $3. Your staff was very helpful & courteous.
