My family and I had a positive experience at the Sabrina’s in Philly but our experience at the Collingswood location was not very good, if it were for the food I would say it’s not worth going. I believe the friendliness of the staff and service is everything. When I called the person on the other line was very cold and not friendly at all but I attributed it to stress because it was a weekend and they were busy. Once we arrived at the restaurant meeting our party we waiting over an hour more than we were originally told, the staff was very rude and came off snobby not accommodating at all. We patiently waited despite what we were told, not one person smile or offered any apologies- just a very cold unwelcoming vibe. The food was very good and it did come out quickly. Our waitress was decent was again she was not friendly or warm, actually seemed irritated. I’m not sure what’s causing the negativity at the restaurant but it’s a shame because no customer should ever feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. I probably will not go back unless they get it together.

So popular, but noisy. Great food & healthy choices that are amazing. For weekend Brunch, try everything, you can't go wrong. Expert Wait staff, & the TABLE wait times go QUICKLY, so don't be scared of a line. My Eggs Benedict was awesome.

Wow. We have only been twice but both times made me think about coming back right away. We had brunch one day and lunch another day and both were wonderful. Creative dishes peppered with old favorites with a twist. A bright eclectic place with friendly and helpful staff. Craving there latte now.

Love the food here. But last time when I bring my kid with me. She is scared to see one of the art piece which gave her nightmare that night and she refused to come back to Sabrina with us. Please remove that art piece if you can. Also another advice please offer Tabasco sauce. Thanks and love Sabrina's Cafe!

Fantastic... every-time. Haven’t been disappointed - great vegetarian selections. And super duper great wait staff. This is the epitome of a great experience.
