Worst experience ever. Left my watch there for a battery, they returned it broke and won't fix it. Owners daughter has a filthy mouth,  told me to go f__k myself.  I asked to speak to owner, he had a more filthy mouth than his daughter.  The Apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Stay as far away from this place as possible,  unless you feel that bad service can be accepted.

I found this place to be one of the most professional and customer service oriented businesses. The quality of their jewelry, the elegance of the atmosphere, and the knowledge of this family owned business far exceeded my expectations. I was actually there and witnessed a difficult customer and, being a business owner myself, was impressed with the the way the young girl tried to please this rude customer.    That same day I purchased beautiful diamond earrings for my niece. They took the time to educate me about the quality of diamonds and allowed me to comfortably make my decision and purchase my gift.  I would recommend this jewelry store to everyone and I will always shop there for my loved ones precious gifts in the future.

I've been in on a number of occasions from running in to get my father's watch repaired to getting  a family heirloom appraised. The atmosphere in the store is friendly, low pressure and warm.  I highly recommend this store.  I've been coming in from NJ. It's worth it.
