Great staff! Make you feel like family.

It's to bad the equipment isn't taking care of properly, I personally know several people that have left for this reason alone. Being the most expensive gym in town I would expect properly maintained equipment.

I haved been coming here, on and off for 17 years. A lot happens. There are choices of classes and news programs as well as trainers.. They offer small sweat towels and clean bathrooms. I belong to KNOW I can be warm in their sauna and hot tub, no matter how cold winter, in Maine, gets. I wish the outdoor pool was covered, to allow water resistant exercise for osteoporosis and year long swimming. I frequent yoga and am blessed with violin music through shavasana! I also take dancy aerobics. Sometimes, especially with snow, parking can be a struggle...

I would have gone 5 stars except their temporary membership for visitors is quite high. $30 per week. Nice gym.
