Convenient location. Open 24 hours (not staffed 24 hours). People are really nice, equipment is still fairly new. They do pretty good at keeping it picked up and getting the equipment back where it should be.

An outstanding 24-hour gym. Fits my second shift schedule, clean, fairly priced, plenty of variety in exercise equipment, a free-weight bench press, and a hydromassage bed. I personally would like to have a scale accessible but I can live without it. Being a veteran, I like the involvement I've seen the gym has with veteran causes and organizations. The sweepstakes they have are pretty nice too. Shows that there's more to gain than just a workout session.

The equipment and the staff are great, but there's a serious weight re-racking issue here. Every single time I go to work out, weights are left on the floor and on all the machines/equipment I want to use. It seems like none of the other members have any gym etiquette whatsoever. Whenever I want to use something, I have to take clean up after the person who used it before me. I spend way too much of my time at this gym cleaning up after others.

Eh, can we just say how awesome it is to have a NICE and CLEAN 24 hour gym? Most importantly- they are reasonably priced! Thanks guys I love coming here after work :)
