All the changes are making it hard to get your documents updated and it's becoming a problem for people who simply just need to talk to a specific worker (that is still there)  the receptionist the woman that's been their for years (has curly hair)  and the man that is in the front are lazy! they don't want to do anything they are also not friendly! I'm not quite sure why these two work here at a job that deals with the public, be friendly and be kind I would gladly take your position and give the people great service something you both have not provided. Also when you call in and ask to be transferred to someone it doesn't take much to transfer us to the appropriate personnel I'm not sure if the receptionists were not trained to do that or what but it doesn't take much to push a few buttons and hang up.

👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 Terrible customer service - my case worker actually told me during my face to fave interview that they were currently short staffed and i should just look out in the mail of the progress of my case. I was 7 months pregnant..my covered ca plan was terminated because the case worker updated my info and gave me a PENDING on my medical application. I am stuck to deal Medical having to wait on the line with my case worker (whom hasn’t responded to my voice messages in 48+hrs) and IF APPROVED by kaiser to link with my medical i have to reschedule all my doctor appointments for the next month!!!!! I Thought going to the county would give me some sort of assistance..yet i am stuck with even more to deal with 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾
