Nice people but make sure you triple check all your information. They had a typo in my address so I never received my packet. I informed them of this. Though they never sent another one. In the process of correcting my address they incorrectly put in my birthday but had my birth certificate on file. Then when that was corrected they misspelled my name, then I found out they didn't even inform my insurance that I was pregnant and it was an emergency. That was the whole point of this. Have patience with them.

some workers are just mean and insensitive , then u see 4 different people all telling u to do something different. then they blame u if they lose or forget or just lie to u,

Awful, they kept asking about my dead father, Wich made my mother Cry who was clearly mentality hurting and just kept pushing like we did something wrong this was over six. Months ago. They have lost my Paystub twice, my brothers once. I got the feeling that if I didn't speak English they would and be more understanding

Always good to go when they first open. Otherwise you will be here all day long. Really hard to make an appointment for this location.

I don't like asking for a free hand out but I do it to feed my kids when I am in need. This office is unprofessional. My worker called in sick both of my appointments. These appointments were not close together. I had to call her supervisor several times in order to get my benefits. Now my worker was transferred and my case work didn't get done as promised before she left. Do your job end of story.
