This is one of the worst facilities to get help ,actually it's the best at avoiding help. I have Associate degrees in Social Sciences and Interdisciplinary: Social and Human Behavior in addition to six more and two Certificates, this place utilizes the similar tactic used in psychology and put the blame on the veteran. They are hired to help all equally; actually they took the job stating they would help all equally, I did not get the same level of help as others on the various visits. This is based on my experiences. I strongly advise contacting a lawyer from the VA website and the county should close this place based on my experiences .

The Sacramento County VSO is doing a great deal to meet the increased demands of the Veteran community. Increased budgets and amazing support are providing for more staff, more training, and updated technology for electronic claims filing. If you have any concerns or troubling experiences, the new Veteran Service Officer is incredibly receptive! Please just put your comments/concerns in writing so she can properly address them and get back to you.

Coming in here will not only give you a headache and the man sitting behind the desk today was a total jerk. They lost all my paperwork and didn't know where anything was. Very disappointed and will never be coming back to this VA office.
